About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and organized Project Coordinator Intern to assist the Project Manager with software projects, client communication, team coordination, documentation, and daily follow-ups. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and organizational skills, basic technical knowledge, and an interest in Project Management, Business Analysis, or IT Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with the Project Manager on multiple projects.
• Follow up with developers, designers, testers, and marketing team members.
• Track task progress and ensure deadlines are met.
• Attend client meetings with the Project Manager and prepare MOM and action points.
• Communicate project updates and follow up for approvals, requirements, and feedback.
• Assist in requirement gathering and prepare SRS, project briefs, and task documents.
• Maintain project files, trackers, and reports.
• Monitor daily team updates and escalate delays or blockers to the Project Manager.
• Coordinate between departments for smooth project execution.

Required Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Good understanding of websites, mobile apps, CRM, ERP, and software projects •  Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Strong follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and project management tools.
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new technologies and processes, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Graduate or pursuing graduation in IT, Computer Science, Management, or a related field.
• Freshers can apply.
• Prior internship experience will be an advantage.
