About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Associated to generate new business opportunities and expand our international client base through LinkedIn, Upwork, and other digital platforms. This role is ideal for candidates with basic experience in lead generation, LinkedIn outreach, and Upwork bidding who are eager to build a career in Business Development and International Sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage LinkedIn accounts and connect with international prospects.
• Follow up with leads and maintain lead data in Excel/CRM.
• Search and bid on relevant Upwork projects using approved proposals.
• Research companies and decision-makers to generate potential leads.
• Maintain daily lead, bidding, and activity reports.
• Track responses, meetings, and business opportunities.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with potential clients.
• Coordinate with the sales and project teams when required.
• Monitor daily outreach and bidding activities to achieve assigned targets.

Required Skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn and Upwork.
• Understanding of lead generation and client outreach.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong follow-up, coordination, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent research and data management skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
• Quick learner with the ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
• Experience in lead generation, LinkedIn outreach, or Upwork bidding will be an advantage.
