About Ukvalley Technologies
Ukvalley Technologies is a growing IT company offering a wide range of software products, digital services, CRM/ERP solutions, web development, mobile apps, and IT support services. We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller to handle lead generation, follow-ups, appointments, and product/service demos.
Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce the company’s products and services.

Understand client requirements and explain suitable solutions professionally.

Arrange and schedule meetings or demos with interested clients.

Give online demos of our products and services (training will be provided).

Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and demo outcomes.

Handle inbound inquiries and guide clients with initial information.

Follow up consistently to convert prospects into potential leads.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and demo targets.

Coordinate with the internal team for client onboarding or customized service requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications

6 Months to 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer handling, or inside sales.

Strong communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and basic English.

Ability to confidently explain IT products and digital services.

Good convincing ability and strong follow-up skills.
-
Basic computer skills (Excel, CRM, Google Meet/Zoom).

Ability to handle client queries politely and professionally.

Target-oriented, disciplined, and self-motivated.
