Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process.

Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave tracking.

Support payroll processing and HR compliance.

Handle employee queries and coordinate performance reviews.

Organize employee engagement activities and events.

Manage exit formalities and documentation.
Skills:

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Basic knowledge of HR tools and MS Office

Familiarity with labor laws and HR practices (preferred)

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, or a related field

MBA in HR (preferred but not mandatory)
