Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process.

  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave tracking.

  • Support payroll processing and HR compliance.

  • Handle employee queries and coordinate performance reviews.

  • Organize employee engagement activities and events.

  • Manage exit formalities and documentation.

Skills:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Basic knowledge of HR tools and MS Office

  • Familiarity with labor laws and HR practices (preferred)

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, or a related field

  • MBA in HR (preferred but not mandatory)
